25 Minute Full Body Workout

Here is a short and simple at home workout you can do to work up a sweat and feel like a total beast! I’m letting you know now, your booty cheeks are gonna be sore!!

Always be sure to warm up before doing any strength training movements. I typically walk on the treadmill at an incline for 10-15 minutes or follow along with a Zumba video on Youtube to get my lower body warm and my heart rate up before starting.

25 Minute Full Body Workout

*Two dumbbells recommended

  • 10 burpees

  • 15 squat + overhead press

  • 20 sit-ups

    Repeat

  • 10 bicep curls

  • 15 push-ups

  • 20 sumo squats (wide leg squats)

    Repeat

  • 10 bent over rows (10 per side)

  • 15 deadlifts (with DB)

  • 20 jump lunges

    Repeat
