Vanilla Peppermint Iced Mocha

In my opinion, peppermint mochas should be a year round drink! So here we are, in May, drinking a refreshing, joy-inducing, holiday special:

Vanilla Peppermint Iced Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Sugar free vanilla syrup

  • 1 tsp Peppermint syrup

  • 4 shots of espresso OR 8-10 ounces cold brew/iced coffee

  • A splash of heavy cream (or your choice of milk/creamer)

  • Ice cubes

  • Whipped cream

  • Chocolate sauce

Instructions:

  1. To a cup, add the sugar free vanilla and peppermint syrups

  2. Brew your espresso shots like you usually do, and add to the cup

  3. Add the heavy cream and mix

  4. Add ice until the liquid is close to the top of the cup

  5. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce

You could also make this drink hot! Just omit the ice!
