35 Minute Lower Body Workout

Put on a cute workout set, blast some pump up music and let’s get to work! This workout is lower body focused with some abs and shoulders sprinkled in to make you feel like an ABSOLUTE BOSS! It should take 30-35 minutes.

I used a barbell (for the squats and deadlifts) and two dumbbells (for the reverse lunges, calf raises and hip thrusts) for this workout, but you could do this entire workout with no equipment!

35 Minute Lower Body Workout

20 Squats

20 Deadlifts

20 Plank to downward dog (10 per side)

20 Crab toe touches (10 per side)

REPEAT

20 Squat press

20 Reverse lunges (10 per side)

20 Shoulder taps

20 Pop up squats

REPEAT

20 Jump Lunges ((10 per side)

20 Sumo squats

20 Calf raises

20 Hip thrusts

REPEAT
