Avocado Toast with Egg
Avocado toast is all the rage these days and with reason! Not only does it taste AMAZING, it’s also full of healthy fats, protein, and fiber to keep you full all morning (or afternoon)!
Personally, I love avocado toast with boiled eggs because I can prepare it in less than five minutes. I buy the already boiled eggs from the grocery store for a quick grab and go avo toast breakfast!
INGREDIENTS:
(MAKES 1 SLICE)
1 slice whole grain bread
1/2 avocado
1 boiled egg
1 tsp red chili pepper flakes
Piece of fruit
INSTRUCTIONS:
Toast the slice of bread
Thinly slice the avocado and boiled egg
Place the avocado slices on top of toast and then place the boiled egg slices on top
Sprinkle with red chili pepper flakes and EBB Seasoning
Serve with a side of fruit

Instructions
- Toast the slice of bread
- Thinly slice the avocado and boiled egg
- Place the avocado slices on top of toast and then place the boiled egg slices on top
- Sprinkle with red chili pepper flakes andEBB Seasoning
- Serve with a side of fruit
