  • Add lavender flowers, sugar, water, and salt to a saucepan. DO NOT add the lemon juice yet, we will add that at the very end. Stir to combine, then turn the heat to high and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, turn the heat down to low, and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, remove the saucepan from the heat, and let the mixture steep on the counter for 20 minutes.
  • After steeping for 20 minutes, strain out the lavender flowers from the syrup and discard.
  • Add in the lemon juice, and stir to combine.
  • Let the Homemade Lavender Syrup cool at room temperature for at least an hour before adding a lid and storing in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
