Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Homemade Horchata Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk or barista style oat milk for a dairy free cold foam
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream or soy milk for a dairy free cold foam

Instructions

  • In a small glass, combine horchata syrup, 2% milk, and heavy cream.
  • Use a handheld milk frother to blend the mixture for about 20–30 seconds until thick and creamy.
  • Gently pour the horchata cold foam over any iced drink of choice.
