or barista style oat milk for a dairy free cold foam

heavy cream
or soy milk for a dairy free cold foam
Instructions
In a small glass, combine horchata syrup, 2% milk, and heavy cream.
Use a handheld milk frother to blend the mixture for about 20–30 seconds until thick and creamy.
Gently pour the horchata cold foam over any iced drink of choice.
