Brew two shots of espresso using your preferred espresso making method.
To a blender, add milk, tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and ground cinnamon. Blend on high until the mixture is combined and frothy.
In a separate cup, combine the brewed espresso and the maple tahini milk mixture.
Add ice to fill the cup, and top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
