Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flavored syrup, sauce, powder
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small cup.
  • Froth the ingredients together with a handheld milk frother for 30 seconds, or until the cold foam is thick and foamy.
  • Pour the cold foam over any beverage of your choice!
