Ingredients

Starbucks Iced Cherry Chai

  • 4 pumps super chai concentrate 2 ounces
  • 8 ounces 2% milk
  • Ice
  • Cherry Cream Cold Foam recipe below
  • Cherry Crunch Sweet Topping recipe below

Cherry Cream Cold Foam

  • 1 tablespoon Homemade Cherry Syrup or store bought
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk use barista style oat milk for nondairy version
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream use vanilla soy milk for nondairy version
  • pink food coloring OPTIONAL

Cherry Crunch Sweet Topping

Instructions

Starbucks Iced Cherry Chai

  • In a cup, combine chai concentrate, milk, and ice, then set aside.
  • Pour the Cherry Cream Cold Foam over the iced chai latte, top with your Cherry Crunch Sweet Topping, and enjoy!

Cherry Cream Cold Foam

  • In a small cup, combine cherry syrup, 2% milk, and heavy cream, and froth together with a handheld milk frother until thick and foamy (about 30 seconds).
  • Pour the Cherry Cream Cold Foam over your Iced Cherry Chai.

Cherry Crunch Sweet Topping

  • Combine the chocolate topping and sanding sugar sprinkles in a small cup or bowl, and then sprinkle over the top of your Iced Cherry Chai and enjoy!

Notes

If you are using a regular chai concentrate, rather than a SUPER chai concentrate, simply do a 1:1 ratio of chai concentrate to milk. For example, 6 ounces of chai concentrate and milk, or 8 ounces of each. 
As an alternative to the chocolate topping and sanding sugar sprinkles for the topping, you can crush TWO KinniKritters Animal Cookies and add 1/4 teaspoon cherry powder. Mix together for a similar Starbucks Cherry Crunch Sweet Topping!
