Mango Dragonfruit Refresher (classic refresher, lemonade or dragon drink)

Instructions

Homemade Mango Dragonfruit Refresher Base

  • Add white grape juice, mango chunks, lemon juice, and salt to a large pot over high heat and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, gently mash the mango chunks using a potato masher, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Carefully strain the mixture to remove the mango pieces.
  • Let the base cool completely before using, and pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.

Mango Dragonfruit Refresher (classic refresher, lemonade or dragon drink)

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker cup, add a lid and shake until chilled.
  • Pour the refresher/lemonade refresher/dragon drink into a separate cup, and enjoy.

Notes

For a simpler Mango Dragonfruit Refresher Base: Instead of boiling the white grape juice and mango chunks together, combine 2 parts white grape juice (40 ounces) and 1 part mango juice (20 ounces) as your Mango Dragonfruit Refresher Base. Then combine the base with water/lemonade/coconut milk, frozen dragon fruit cubes, ice, and optional green coffee bean powder and shake to make your at home refreshers.
