In a separate smaller glass, add the cold foam ingredients: peppermint syrup, chocolate sauce (or chocolate malt powder), 2% milk, and heavy cream.
Froth the mixture together with a milk frother until thick (about 15-30 seconds), and then pour the Chocolate Peppermint Cream Cold Foam over the cold brew.
