Ingredients

Starbucks Pistachio Cream Cold Brew

  • 1-2 tablespoons vanilla syrup Homemade or store-bought
  • 12 ounces unsweetened cold brew
  • Ice cubes
  • Pistachio Cream Cold Foam recipe below
  • Brown Butter Topping homemade recipe below

Pistachio Cream Cold Foam

Homemade Brown Butter Topping

  • 1/4 teaspoon butter powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Starbucks Pistachio Cream Cold Brew

  • In a cup, add vanilla syrup, unsweetened cold brew, and ice cubes. Stir well to ensure the flavors are well combined, and set the cup aside.
  • In a separate cup, combine the pistachio syrup, 2% milk, and heavy whipping cream. Using a handheld milk frother, froth the mixture for 15-30 seconds until the mixture is thick and creamy, then pour over the top of your cold brew mixture.
  • Top with store-bought or homemade Brown Butter Topping (recipe below), and enjoy!

Pistachio Cream Cold Foam

  • In a separate cup, combine the pistachio syrup, 2% milk, and heavy whipping cream. Using a handheld milk frother, froth the mixture for 15-30 seconds until the mixture is thick and creamy, then pour over the top of your cold brew mixture.

Brown Butter Topping

  • In a small cup or bowl, combine the butter powder, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients well and sprinkle over the top of the Pistachio Cream Cold Foam.
