Homemade Strawberry Acai Base

  • 64 ounces white grape juice
  • 2.5 cups fresh or frozen strawberries washed and stems removed (about 300grams)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Strawberry Acai Refresher (classic refresher, lemonade or pink drink)

  • 6 ounces Strawberry Açaí Base
  • 6 ounces water or lemonade or coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries
  • ice cubes
  • 1 scoop green coffee bean powder Optional for caffeine

Instructions

Homemade Strawberry Acai Base

  • Add white grape juice, strawberries, lemon juice, and salt to a large pot over high heat and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, gently mash the strawberries using a potato masher, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Carefully strain the mixture to remove the strawberry pieces.
  • Let the base cool completely before using, and pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.

Strawberry Acai Refresher (classic refresher, lemonade or pink drink)

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker cup, add a lid and shake until chilled.
  • Pour the refresher/lemonade refresher/pink drink into a separate cup, and enjoy.
