Starbucks Strawberry Creme Frappuccino

Strawberry Puree

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries about 10 strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • tiny pinch salt ~1/8 teaspoon

Instructions

Starbucks Strawberry Creme Frappuccino

  • To a blender add 2 ounces strawberry purée (saving the rest for later), whole milk, Torani Cane Sugar Syrup (or strawberry syrup), ice, and xanthan gum. Blend until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  • To a serving cup create a layered effect by adding in half of the remaining strawberry puree with half of the blended Frappuccino mixture, then the remaining strawberry purée, and the remaining Frappuccino mixture.
  • Top your Strawberry Creme Frappuccino with a generous amount of whipped cream and enjoy!

Strawberry Puree

  • Combine 1 cup fresh strawberries (washed and stems removed), 2 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove as many seeds as possible, then rinse and dry the blender.
