Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wrap

My husband and I have been loving this buffalo chicken caesar wrap lately. I usually make a big batch of the chicken at the start of the week so the wrap creations are quick and easy for lunch or dinner! I bake the chicken, but to make this recipe even simpler, you can use rotisserie chicken or frozen chicken tenders!

Servings: 4 | Total Cook Time: 45 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts (thawed and flattened)

  • 4 flour tortillas

  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves

  • 1 roma tomato (sliced)

  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan

  • 2 avocados

  • Caesar dressing (store bought or homemade)

  • Side of fruit - orange/apple/pear/berries (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine raw chicken breasts, black pepper, and garlic powder. Coat the chicken with the seasonings, and then add the Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce. Coat well, and marinate in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  • Place marinated chicken on a foil lined baking sheet and bake chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

  • While chicken is baking, prepare the wraps. Lay each tortillas flat and add caesar dressing, lettuce leaf, tomato slices, and parmesan cheese.

  • Once chicken is cooked, remove from the oven, slice into small chunks and add to the wraps.

  • Top with more caesar dressing and serve half of an avocado, and fruit (optional).
