Fill a glass with ice. Add the carrot cake syrup, then pour the cold brew over top. Stir gently to combine.
In a small cup, combine the cream cheese, maple syrup, milk, and heavy cream.
Froth the mixture with a handheld milk frother until thick and creamy (about 15 seconds) and then slowly pour the cream cheese cold foam over the top of the cold brew.
Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
