Ingredients

Carrot Cake Cold Brew

  • Ice cubes
  • 1-2 tablespoons Homemade Carrot Cake Syrup adjust to taste
  • 10-12 ounces cold brew unsweetened black
  • Cream Cheese Cold Foam see below
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish

Cream Cheese Cold Foam

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk any kind works
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with ice. Add the carrot cake syrup, then pour the cold brew over top. Stir gently to combine.
  • In a small cup, combine the cream cheese, maple syrup, milk, and heavy cream.
  • Froth the mixture with a handheld milk frother until thick and creamy (about 15 seconds) and then slowly pour the cream cheese cold foam over the top of the cold brew.
  • Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
