Brew the espresso directly over the sauce, and stir until the espresso and sauce are fully blended together.
HOT LATTE: Steam or froth the milk, and then pour the steamed milk over the espresso and sauce mixture. ICED LATTE: Pour milk straight from the fridge over the espresso and sauce mixture, and then add ice to fill the cup. Add whipped cream, then top with Spiced Orange Finishing Sugar, and dried cranberries, if using
