Add the half & half, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, strawberry extract, instant coffee powder, and salt to a blender.
Blend for about 20–30 seconds, or until the cocoa powder is fully incorporated and the mixture looks smooth and creamy.
Give it a quick taste. If you want a stronger strawberry flavor, add a tiny splash more extract (start small — it’s powerful!).
Pour the creamer into a mason jar or airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or until the best by date on your half & half. Shake well before each use.
