Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn plain, lightly salted, or buttered — your choice
  • 5 graham crackers broken into small bite-sized pieces
  • 2 heaping cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup roasted salted peanuts optional, but adds the best salty crunch
  • Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce or Hershey’s Syrup — measure with your heart ❤️

Instructions

  • Line a large sheet tray with parchment paper and set your oven to broil on high.
  • Spread the popcorn onto the tray in an even layer.
  • Break up the graham crackers and scatter them over the top.
  • Sprinkle the marshmallows evenly, then add the peanuts.
  • Place the tray under the broiler for about 30 seconds, or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown. ⚠️ Keep a close eye on them! They toast fast — it’ll go from perfect to burnt in seconds.
  • Remove the tray from the oven and drizzle generously with Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce (or Hershey’s syrup).
  • Serve immediately while the marshmallows are still warm and gooey.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
