Nondairy Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam

Instructions

  • In a cup, mix 3 teaspoons of sweetened matcha latte powder with 2 tablespoons of water until the matcha powder is dissolved.
  • Pour 10 ounces of oat milk into the cup, and fill with ice, leaving room for the cold foam, then set aside.
  • In a separate smaller cup, combine 1 tablespoon of Salted Caramel Syrup, 2 tablespoons of oat milk, and 2 tablespoons of soy milk. Froth the mixture with a handheld milk frother for 60 seconds, or until it becomes thick and has doubled in volume.
  • Pour the Nondairy Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam over the iced matcha latte.
  • Sprinkle crushed cinnamon cookies on top for an extra touch of sweetness and crunch.
