In a cup, mix 3 teaspoons of sweetened matcha latte powder with 2 tablespoons of water until the matcha powder is dissolved.
Pour 10 ounces of oat milk into the cup, and fill with ice, leaving room for the cold foam, then set aside.
In a separate smaller cup, combine 1 tablespoon of Salted Caramel Syrup, 2 tablespoons of oat milk, and 2 tablespoons of soy milk. Froth the mixture with a handheld milk frother for 60 seconds, or until it becomes thick and has doubled in volume.
Pour the Nondairy Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam over the iced matcha latte.
Sprinkle crushed cinnamon cookies on top for an extra touch of sweetness and crunch.
