Starbucks Sugar Cookie Latte

- 1-2 tablespoons Homemade Starbucks Sugar Cookie Syrup or Torani Cupcake Syrup
- 2 shots of blonde espresso this is just espresso made using a light roast coffee
- 6-8 ounces 2% milk
- Ice omit for a hot version
- Holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Add sugar cookie syrup to a mug (or glass for an iced version).
- Brew two shots of blonde espresso. Pour the espresso over the syrup and stir to combine.
- For a hot latte: Steam or froth the milk and then pour the milk over the espresso mixture. For an iced latte: pour in cold milk over the espresso mixture, and add ice to fill the cup.
- Top with holiday sprinkles and enjoy!
