Add the toasted coconut syrup to your glass.
Brew a double shot of espresso, and then add to the cup and stir to combine.
Pour the milk over top, and fill the glass with ice.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes, if using, and enjoy!
For a hot latte, add the syrup and espresso to a cup. Steam or warm/froth the milk, and then add the milk to the cup and top with toasted coconut and enjoy.
