In a small cup, combine 1 tablespoon Torani Vanilla Syrup, 2 tablespoons 2% milk, and 3 tablespoons heavy cream.
Mix well to combine and set aside.
In a separate cup, add in16 ounces of unsweetened cold brew, and the prepared Vanilla Sweet Cream.
Add ice cubes to fill the cup, and stir to chill and combine.
