This Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie Latte tastes like a slice of pecan pie in your coffee cup—sweet, nutty, and oh-so cozy. Made with my Homemade Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie Syrup, this latte is perfect for slow mornings or as a weekend treat.

  • Pour the Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie Syrup into your favorite mug or glass.
  • Pull the two shots of espresso right over the top of the syrup using your preferred espresso making method.
  • Heat milk using a steam wand, milk frother, or on the stove until hot and frothy, and then pour the steamed milk over the espresso and syrup mixture. If you're making an iced latte, skip this step and simply add cold milk straight from the fridge along with ice cubes.
  • Add whipped cream, and a sprinkle of maple brown sugar finishing sugar (or ground cinnamon, crushed pecans or brown sugar) for that bakery-style touch.
