Equipment

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Topping (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 crushed graham crackers
  • Pinch of salt

Iced Chai Latte

  • 1 tablespoon marshmallow syrup homemade or store-bought like Torani
  • 6 ounces chai concentrate like Tazo or Oregon Chai
  • 4 ounces milk of choice
  • Ice cubes

Marshmallow Cream Cold Foam

  • 1 tablespoon marshmallow syrup homemade or store-bought like Torani
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

Toppings

  • Chocolate sauce drizzle homemade (omit the peppermint extract) or store-bought like Torani or Hershey's
  • Graham Cracker Topping (optional)

Instructions

Graham Cracker Topping (optional)

  • Combine butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add in the crushed graham cracker and salt. Stir to combine, then let the mixture toast for 5 minutes or until toasty and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool. Store any leftover topping in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Iced S'mores Chai

  • To a glass, add the marshmallow syrup, chai concentrate, milk, and ice, leaving room for the cold foam and toppings.
  • In a separate glass or frothing pitcher, combine the marshmallow syrup, 2% milk, and heavy cream. (Alternatively, you could use 2 ounces of Homemade Vanilla Sweet Cream + 1 tablespoon of marshmallow syrup)
  • Use a handheld milk frother to froth the mixture until thick and creamy, about 20–30 seconds, then pour the marshmallow cold foam over the iced chai.
  • Finish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and a sprinkle of the graham cracker topping.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
