Combine the vanilla syrup, 2% milk, and heavy whipping cream in a large 32 ounce mason jar or a pitcher, and secure with a lid.
Shake the mixture well to combine.
Use the sweet cream in any recipe right away, or store in the fridge for up to 7-10 days, or until the best by date on your heavy cream.
Optional: If you want Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam that sits on top of your drink, froth the sweet cream mixture with a handheld milk frother until thick (about 15 seconds) to make and then pour the cold foam over any drink of choice.
