
Brownies are my absolute FAVORITE dessert! I was craving them this week, but I wanted to make them a littleeee bit more nutritious! I came up with this recipe and it is just tooooo delicious not to share! Keep in mind, I am not a baker! I just love brownies and these came out exactly how I wanted them to, so I’m making a post about them!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 box Betty Crocker Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 1 egg
- 1 packet chocolate vegan protein powder
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Coconut oil spray
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth
- Add a piece of parchment paper to the bottom of an 8×8 pan, spray with coconut oil spray, and add the brownie batter
- Bake for 35 minutes and enjoy
These brownies were slightly more on the cakey side because of the protein, but they were delicious nevertheless! Feel free to add walnuts or pecans to the batter for extra fiber!
