I don’t know about you, but I am a HUGE fan of snack plates and charcuterie boards! They’re like adult lunchables and you can add WHATEVER you want to them!
This particular charcuterie plate is more on the savory side with different cheeses, deli meats, veggies, and pistachios.
I love adding charcuterie plates to my weekly rotation because they are an easy way to add nutrients to your day without eating a salad AND, they’re great for clearing out your fridge! If you have a bell pepper going bad in the fridge, add it to the plate. Say you have only a couple pieces of turkey leftover from your sandwich night, throw it on the plate! Clear out that fridge and make a deliciously satisfying adult lunchable, I mean savory charcuterie plate!

This charcuterie plate is meant to be an example of what yours can look like. Feel free to add more or less ingredients, or swap out foods for ones you have at home, or ones you prefer!
The key here is this savory charcuterie plate is a balanced meal containing protein, healthy fats, carbs, and fiber! So if you want to change up the combination, that is perfectly fine, try to keep a similar balance of nutrients! For example, if you don’t like pistachios, maybe swap them out for cashews or walnuts! If you don’t like boiled eggs, swap it out with greek yogurt or cottage cheese!
Make this your own combination and comment below what foods you love to add to your own charcuterie plates!
