
Regardless of your current health and fitness goals, this breakfast is a PERFECT way to start your day. This meal is full of healthy fats, fiber, and flavor so you can not only feel good after eating it, but you will actually enjoy it too! Plus you can whip it up in 10 minutes so you can move on with your morning!

10 Minute Eggs & Toast
Servings: 1 | Total Cook Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices bread (I love this 40 calorie bread from Nature’s Own)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 roma tomato
- Fruit (strawberries, peach, nectarine, orange, banana, blueberries, kiwi, apple, plum)
- Avocado oil spray

INSTRUCTIONS:
- To a small bowl, crack in the two eggs, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk with a fork until combined.
- Heat a small nonstick pan and spray with avocado oil. Once warm, add your eggs and stir with a nonstick spatula until cooked through.
- Once cooked, add shredded cheese, mix well and then add eggs to a plate.
- Toast your bread. Spread cream cheese over one slice and mash avocado on the second slice.
- Add tomato and fruit to the plate and enjoy!

Feel free to modify this recipe as much as you would like! You can use eggs whites instead of or in addition to the two large eggs for more protein! You could use egg whites only or only have one slice of toast! I like to add feta cheese crumbles to my eggs sometimes to switch things up! Make this recipe your own and use ingredients you love!
