Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie

Smoothies are such a great way to fill up on nutrients first thing in the morning! You can make them as simple or complicated as your heat desires, and you can switch up the ingredients each day to make a new creation. Today’s recipe is a Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie. This smoothie recipe is very simple, full of protein, and tastes amazing! Make it for a great post workout meal, a nutrient dense breakfast, or a midday pick me up.

Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth
  2. Pour the contents into a tall glass and enjoy
