You can make them as simple or complicated as your heat desires, and you can switch up the ingredients each day to make a new creation. Today’s recipe is a Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie. This smoothie recipe is very simple, full of protein, and tastes amazing! Make it for a great post workout meal, a nutrient dense breakfast, or a midday pick me up.
Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth
- Pour the contents into a tall glass and enjoy
