- 2 tablespoons 2% milk

Instructions
- In a small glass combine horchata syrup, 2% milk, and heavy cream.
- Use a handheld milk frother to froth until thick and creamy (15–30 seconds), and then set the Horchata Cold Foam aside.
- To a separate cup add, horchata syrup, cold brew, and ice, leaving room for the cold foam.
