Peach Cobbler Dirty Soda

If you know me, you know that peach cobbler is one of my love languages. Warm peaches, a little cinnamon, a soft sweet oat based crumble on top — it’s comfort in dessert form. So naturally… I had to turn it into a drink. And not just any drink — a Dirty Soda moment.

This Peach Cobbler Dirty Soda is sweet, creamy, fizzy, cozy, and shockingly easy to make. It tastes like summer meets dessert meets soda shop nostalgia, all in one bubbly cup. It feels a little fancy, looks fun, and takes about 30 seconds to make. The perfect treat for:

  • afternoon pick-me-ups
  • movie nights
  • road trips
  • snacky “I need something fun” moments
  • or just because it’s Thursday

If you’ve never had a dirty soda before, think of it like a creamy soda float, without the ice cream — soda + syrup + a splash of cream. That’s it. And this version tastes exactly like peach cobbler in drink form. Trust me. It’s a vibe.

Ingredients You’ll Need

Makes 1 drink

  • 1–2 tablespoons Torani Peach Syrup (or sugar free peach syrup for a lower sugar bev) Adjust to your sweetness preference!
  • A sprinkle of ground cinnamon, plus more for topping
  • 12 ounces soda (Dr Pepper, Dr Pepper Zero, Coke, and Diet Coke taste incredible here)
  • Ice
  • 1–2 ounces half & half
  • Whipped cream, for topping

How to Make a Peach Cobbler Dirty Soda

  1. Add ice and peach syrup to your glass.
  2. Sprinkle in a dash of ground cinnamon.
  3. Pour in your soda.
  4. Add half & half and stir gently to combine.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a finishing sprinkle of cinnamon.

Sip and enjoy. Smile involuntarily. Repeat.

Why This Works

The peach syrup brings that ripe, sweet stone fruit flavor, and the cinnamon gives it that freshly baked cobbler vibe. Then the half & half rounds it out with a creamy finish that makes everything taste dessert-like. Soda adds the fun, fizzy, sparkling lift.

It’s absurdly good.

Make It Your Way

If You Want It…Try This:
Less sweetUse 1 tablespoon syrup instead of 2
Completely sugar freeUse a sugar free peach syrup, diet or zero sugar soda, and a sugar free whipped cream
CreamierIncrease half & half to 2–3 ounces or use heavy cream instead
Dairy-FreeUse oat milk or dairy free half & half, and a dairy free whipped topping

Tips & Notes

  • Dr Pepper makes the drink taste deep and cobbler-like.
  • Coke makes it taste lighter + peach soda float vibes.
  • Add whipped cream always. That’s the rule.

When to Serve Peach Cobbler Dirty Soda

  • Pool days
  • Girl’s night in
  • Barbecues
  • Dessert substitute when you want something lighter
  • “It’s 3pm and I deserve something fun” treat o’clock

Basically: any time joy is needed.
