If you’d like to make your cold brew from scratch:
- Combine 1 cup coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups cold water in a french press or mason jar.
- Let sit 12–18 hours at room temperature.
- Strain, and store for up to 1 week in the fridge.

- Handheld Frother: Warm milk first, then froth until fluffy.
For iced lattes — do not heat the milk. Just pour it in cold.

- Froth for 30 seconds or until thick and creamy.
- Pour the cookie butter cold foam over the iced latte.
- Top with a crushed Biscoff cookie and enjoy!

- Use an unsweetened milk like unsweetened almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, or oat milk as the base for the latte.
