  • Let sit 12–18 hours at room temperature.

  • Electric Frother: Pour in the milk and select the hot froth option.
  • Handheld Frother: Warm milk first, then froth until fluffy.

  4. Froth for 30 seconds or until thick and creamy.
  5. Pour the cookie butter cold foam over the iced latte.

  • For an ICED VERSION: Pour in cold milk, and ice, leaving room for the cold foam. Stir, and set aside.
    For a HOT VERSION: Steam the milk and then pour the milk over the espresso mixture. Omit the ice.
  • In a separate cup, combine cookie butter, Brown Sugar Cookie Syrup, milk, and heavy cream. Froth for 30 seconds or until thick and creamy. Pour the cookie butter cold foam over the latte.
  • Top with a crushed Biscoff cookie and enjoy!

Cookie Butter Cold Foam

  • In a small cup, combine cookie butter, brown sugar cookie syrup, 2% milk, and heavy cream.
  • Froth the mixture together using a handheld milk frother thick and creamy and pour over your drink.

For a Cookie Butter Cold Brew:
Combine 1 tbsp Brown Sugar Cookie Syrup, 12 oz cold brew, and ice in a glass. Make the cold foam same as above, pour the cold foam over the cold brew, and then top with a crushed Biscoff cookie.
