
Dutch Bros fans, this one’s for you! The Dulce de Leche is a fan-favorite for a reason—it’s sweet, rich, and layered with cozy caramel and cinnamon flavor. With just a few Torani syrups and sauces, plus your favorite milk and espresso, you can recreate this dreamy drink at home.
And yes—it includes the iconic soft top, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon sprinks to make it feel like the real deal.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 ounce Torani Caramel Sauce (opt for Sugar-Free or a Dairy-Free Caramel Sauce)
- 1/3 ounce Torani White Chocolate Sauce (opt for Sugar Free or a Dairy Free White Chocolate Syrup)
- 1/3 ounce Torani Cinnamon Syrup (see homemade recipe below)
- 2 shots espresso – see my 5 Ways To Make Espresso at Home blog post for all the ways you can make espresso, with or without a machine
- 7 ounces 2% milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 ounce DaVinci Gourmet Sweet Cream Creamer (see homemade recipe below)
- Ice
- Rich’s On Top Soft Top (see homemade recipe below)
- Cinnamon sprinks
- Caramel drizzle (aka, more Torani Caramel Sauce drizzled on top)

Instructions:
- In a cup, add caramel sauce, white chocolate sauce, and cinnamon syrup.
- Brew two espresso shots and pour directly over the sauces, then stir to dissolve.

- Add in milk and sweet cream.
- Fill a separate cup to the top with ice (24 oz cup).
- Pour the latte mixture over the cup full of ice, and then pour the entire mixture back into the original cup. Repeat this process 1-2 more times to fully chill the beverage, with the last pour being into your drinking cup.
- Top with 2 ounces of soft top, a generous drizzle of caramel sauce, and a dash of cinnamon sprinks.
- Sip and enjoy your homemade Dulce de Leche Latte just like Dutch Bros makes it—maybe even better!

Homemade Cinnamon Syrup Recipe
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cinnamon sticks, broken up (or 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon)
- To a saucepan, add water, sugar, and salt. Break the cinnamon sticks in half, and add to the saucepan.
- Bring the saucepan over high heat and bring to a roaring boil.
- Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer the mixture for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the saucepan from the heat, and strain the cinnamon sticks from the syrup using a strainer. If using ground cinnamon, you don’t need to strain the mixture.
- Use in any drink right away or allow the syrup to cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours before adding a lid and storing in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

How to Make Dutch Bros Soft Top at Home
To make a quick soft top at home, combine:
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
Froth using a handheld frother until thick and creamy, then gently pour over your drink.

In a small cup combine:
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Mix together using a spoon, whisk, or handheld milk frother just until sugar is dissolved and add to your drink.
