
Craving the rich, and creamy flavors of Starbucks’ beloved Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, but sick of paying $8 for it? Say no more! I’m going to teach you how to make your own Starbucks Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso at home, so you can save time, save money, and enjoy this delicious beverage as often as your heart desires. Let’s get shakin!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar syrup (homemade or store-bought)
- 3 shots blonde espresso
- Ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes
- 4-6 ounces barista style oat milk

Instructions:
- Brew 3 shots of espresso using your preferred method. See my 5 Ways To Make Espresso At Home blog post for step by step instructions of each espresso making method!
- To a cocktail shaker cup or mason jar, add the brown sugar syrup, espresso, ground cinnamon and ice.
- Add the lid and shake until the entire cup is cold to the touch and the mixture is frothy.
- Pour the mixture into a separate cup (if using a cocktail shaker).
- Add oat milk over the top, and enjoy!

The term “blonde” in a coffee sense simply means the coffee beans are a light roast. Darker roast coffees have a deeper, bolder coffee flavor, whereas blonde or lighter roast coffees have a less intense/bold flavor.
