- 1 tablespoon Homemade Salted Caramel Syrup, or store-bought
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
For a nondairy cold foam, swap the 2% milk and heavy cream for vanilla soy milk, and barista style oat milk.
Starbucks Iced Caramel Apple Cream Latte
- 1-2 tablespoons Apple Brown Sugar Syrup: or equal amounts of Torani Apple Syrup and Torani Brown Sugar Syrup
- 2 shots espresso: to brew
- 8-10 ounces 2% milk: or your milk of choice
- Ice cubes
- Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam: see ingredients above
Equipment:
- Handheld Milk Frother: Since this recipe calls for cold foam, the best tool for the job is a handheld milk frother.

- Espresso Maker/Machine: Depending on your espresso making method, you’ll need a way to make espresso: espresso machine, Nespresso machine, moka pot, aeropress, instant espresso.
Instructions
- To a cup add the Apple Brown Sugar Syrup, then brew the two espresso shots over the top using your preferred espresso making method.
- Pour in the 2% milk and ice, leaving room for the cold foam.
- In a separate cup, add all the cold foam ingredients, and froth with a handheld milk frother for 30 seconds or until the cold foam is thick and creamy.
- Pour the Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam over the iced latte, and enjoy.

How Can I Make This Lower Sugar/Lower Calories?
To make a lower sugar/lower calorie Starbucks Iced Caramel Apple Cream Latte at home, make as many of the modifications below as you would like:
- Use unsweetened almond milk instead of 2% milk.
- Use less pumps or tablespoons of the Apple Brown Sugar Syrup.

- 1-2 tablespoons Apple Brown Sugar Syrup
- 12 ounces cold brew OR iced coffee
- Ice cubes
- 2-3 tablespoons milk/half & half/heavy cream
- Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam
How Would I Make This as a Frappuccino?
Add the following to a blender:
- 8 ounces whole milk
- 1-2 tablespoons Apple Brown Sugar Syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1-2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 1/4 cup ice
