Ingredients

Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam

For a nondairy cold foam, swap the 2% milk and heavy cream for vanilla soy milk, and barista style oat milk.

Equipment:

  • Handheld Milk Frother: Since this recipe calls for cold foam, the best tool for the job is a handheld milk frother.
  • Cups/Mason jars: You’ll need one drinking glass and one cold foam making glass. See all my favorite cups and mugs linked HERE!
  • Espresso Maker/Machine: Depending on your espresso making method, you’ll need a way to make espresso: espresso machine, Nespresso machine, moka pot, aeropress, instant espresso.

Instructions

  1. To a cup add the Apple Brown Sugar Syrup, then brew the two espresso shots over the top using your preferred espresso making method.
  2. Pour in the 2% milk and ice, leaving room for the cold foam.
  3. In a separate cup, add all the cold foam ingredients, and froth with a handheld milk frother for 30 seconds or until the cold foam is thick and creamy.
  4. Pour the Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam over the iced latte, and enjoy.
