Set up a festive holiday coffee bar this season and treat your friends, family, or coworkers to delicious, fun, and cozy at-home coffee all December long!
One thing I love about this time of year is how joyful and warm everything feels; the lights, the scents, the flavors, all of it! And nothing makes a holiday gathering feel more special than a dedicated holiday coffee (or hot cocoa) bar filled with seasonal syrups, creamers, pods, toppings, and treats. Whether you’re hosting a holiday brunch, a gift-wrapping night, or a Christmas movie marathon, this setup is such a fun way to elevate the moment.

I put together a festive holiday coffee bar filled with holiday Nespresso pod flavors, cold brew in a giant ornament dispenser, lots of Torani syrups, homemade syrups and creamers, holiday-themed JavaSok sleeves, cookies, popcorn, and tons of cozy decorations. If you’re looking for holiday coffee bar inspiration, this post is for you!

CUPS
Make it easy for guests to grab and go by offering both hot and iced coffee cup options. Think:
- Holiday-themed cold cups with lids and straws
- Festive hot coffee cups with lids and sleeves
- Reusable mugs or insulated cups for a more elevated feel
Include a small basket with napkins, stir sticks, cute paper straws, and coffee sleeves.
CUP SLEEVES
Nothing is worse than a sweaty iced coffee — especially during a party! I always have a stack of holiday JavaSok sleeves so guests can slip them over their iced drinks to keep them cold longer (and drip-free). They’re adorable, practical, and make great little party favors guests can take home.

COFFEES
You need coffee for your coffee bar! Mix and match cozy, seasonal options based on the machines you have available.

Nespresso Pods
Choose your favorite holiday and winter-inspired flavors:
You can also include regular espresso pods for guests who prefer a classic latte.
Cold Brew Station

This was one of my favorite parts of the setup! I filled a large glass ornament dispenser with cold brew so guests could easily pour their own iced holiday drinks. Use your favorite store-bought cold brew or make a homemade batch.
Seasonal K-Cups
If you want to make drip coffee using single-serve machines, offer:
- Holiday roasts
- Flavored winter blends
- Light and dark roast classics
CREAMERS
Holiday coffee = holiday creamers! This is where you can have the most fun. Offer a mixture of:
Store-Bought Holiday Creamers
Homemade Creamers
- Homemade Gingerbread Creamer
- Homemade Peppermint Mocha Creamer
- Homemade Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Creamer
Place them in cute glass bottles with labels for an elevated touch.

SYRUPS AND SAUCES
This is where your coffee bar becomes magical! Create a full lineup of holiday flavors so guests can build their perfect drink.
Torani Syrups
You can find syrups at many locations such as: Amazon, World Market, Torani.com, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, and US Food’s Chef’s Store.

Consider including both regular and sugar-free options if you can:
- Peppermint
- Cupcake (Tastes just like the Starbucks Sugar Cookie Syrup)
- Gingerbread
- White Chocolate
- Brown Sugar Cinnamon
- Holiday sampler pack
- Dark Chocolate Sauce
Homemade Syrups
- Homemade Peppermint Syrup
- Homemade Peppermint Mocha Sauce
- Homemade Brown Sugar Syrup
- Homemade Sugar Cookie Syrup
- Homemade Gingerbread Syrup
- Homemade Starbucks Chestnut Praline Syrup
Offer pumps or syrup bottles for easy serving.

HOLIDAY TREATS + SNACKS
A holiday coffee deserves a holiday treat! Add a small dessert table next to the coffee bar with store-bought or homemade treats:
- Christmas cookies
- Popcorn (sweet, salted, or festive mixes)
- Chocolate truffles
- Candy canes
- Biscotti
- Holiday sprinkles and toppings
These double as decorations and edible happiness.

Homemade Treat Recipes
- Peppermint Mocha Puppy Chow
- Gingerbread Candied Pecans
- Moist Gingerbread Loaf with Cream Cheese Frosting
- White Chocolate Peppermint Bark Popcorn
- Salted Chocolate Brownies
- No-Bake Pecan Pie Bars

DECORATIONS
Tie everything together with festive touches. Think:
- A holiday tablecloth
- Fairy lights
- Mini Christmas trees
- Garland or greenery
- Snowflake confetti
- Holiday mugs and straws
- A “Holiday Coffee Bar” sign
This is where you can really lean into your theme — cozy cabin, winter wonderland, gingerbread house, classic Christmas, etc.
