If you’re looking for a way to make your coffee feel a little more special this spring… this lavender oatmilk creamer is it.
It’s lightly floral, perfectly sweet, and incredibly creamy, all while being completely dairy-free. And the best part? You can make it in just a few minutes with simple ingredients.
This recipe was inspired by the lavender oatmilk creamer you may have seen in stores (like the Starbucks version), but made at home so you can enjoy it anytime, no seasonal releases required.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe
This creamer is:
- Dairy-free and made with oat milk
- Lightly floral without tasting overpowering
- Smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet
- So easy—just blend and pour
- Perfect for spring drinks and cozy mornings
Equipment Needed

Ingredients
- 14 ounces barista oat milk (my favorites are the Califia Farms or Oatly brand)
- 1 (11 ounce) can sweetened condensed oat milk (yes this is a thing and it’s FABULOUS)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼–½ teaspoon lavender extract (adjust to taste)
NOTE: if you do not want a dairy free creamer, or you’re not a fan of oat milk, you can use 14 ounces of half & half instead of oat milk, and 1 (14 ounce can) of sweetened condensed milk. Keep the salt, vanilla, and lavender the same.
How to Make Lavender Oatmilk Creamer
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour into a mason jar or creamer bottle.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
That’s it—your creamer is ready to use right away!

How to Use
This creamer works in so many drinks:
- Cold brew
- Iced coffee
- Hot coffee
- Lattes
- Matcha
- Chai
- Earl Grey or a London Fog
Start with 2–4 tablespoons and adjust to your taste.

Tips for Best Flavor
- Start with ¼ teaspoon lavender extract, then taste and adjust
- A little lavender goes a long way—you want it subtle, not soapy
- Shake the creamer before using in case of separation
Storage
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge
- Use within 2 weeks
- Shake well before each use
This recipe is so lovely, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Lower Sugar Option
If you prefer a lower sugar creamer, you can make your own homemade condensed milk using a sugar alternative like allulose (this helps keep it smooth and prevents crystallization).
