Peach Cobbler Latte

There’s something about the flavors of peach cobbler that just feels like summer—ripe, juicy peaches, warm cinnamon, and a hint of buttery sweetness. Now imagine all of that swirled into a creamy, cozy latte. Whether you’re sipping it hot on a slow summer morning or pouring it over ice for a refreshing afternoon treat, this Peach Cobbler Latte is an absolute must-try.

The best part? You can make it right at home using my Homemade Peach Cobbler Syrup, a simple blend of juicy peaches, cinnamon, and dark brown sugar that instantly upgrades any drink.

This latte is the perfect blend of fruity, sweet, and spiced. Paired with oat milk for a smooth, dairy-free base and finished with a dusting of cinnamon, it’s a drink you’ll want to come back to all season long.

Hot Peach Cobbler Latte

  2. Brew 2 shots of espresso and pour over the syrup.

How To Steam Milk for a Hot Latte

A hot peach cobbler lattes requires steamed milk as one of the ingredients. To steam milk at home, you have a few options:

  1. Steam Wand: If you have an espresso machine with a steam wand attached to it, watch this Milk Steaming Video Tutorial for how to steam milk! You simply add milk to a milk frothing pitcher, insert the tip of the steam wand into the milk, and create air bubbles, heat and texture to create perfect, velvety steamed milk at home!
  2. Electric Milk Frother: Add your milk to an electric milk frother, and select the hot setting. The milk frother will heat the milk as well as create a thick and foamy texture. The texture will be a little different than a typical steam wand, but it’s very similar and pleasant, and a great option if you don’t have an espresso machine with a steam wand.
  3. Handheld Milk Frother: Add cold milk to a large coffee mug and place the mug in the microwave for 60 seconds. Alternatively, you can heat up milk in a pot on the stove until warm, just make sure to constantly stir it so it doesn’t burn. Once your milk is warm, insert a handheld milk frother into the warm milk. Froth the mixture until the milk doubles in size and becomes bubbly and frothy, and you have steamed milk for your hot latte!

Note, for an iced peach cobbler latte, you do not need to warm or steam the milk. Simply skip this step, and use cold milk straight from the fridge.

Make It Your Own

  • Add whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top for a dessert-style treat.
  • Use coconut milk for a tropical spin.
  • Want a caffeine-free option? Use your favorite decaf espresso or a rich black tea like English Breakfast.
  • Make a lower sugar version using less peach cobbler syrup (or a sugar free homemade version) and an unsweetened oat milk.

Why You’ll Love This Latte

This drink is a celebration of summer in every sip. The homemade syrup brings that nostalgic peach cobbler flavor without being overpowering. It’s just the right balance of sweet, spiced, and creamy—easy to make and even easier to love.

Whether you’re relaxing on your porch with the iced version or curling up inside with a warm mug, this Peach Cobbler Latte is a seasonal favorite worth repeating.
