If you’ve been to Starbucks lately, you might have noticed their newest drink hitting the menu—the Raspberry Cream Cold Brew. It’s a sweet, creamy twist on their classic cold brew, featuring raspberry cream cold foam on top and a hint of vanilla inside the coffee. While it’s a fun treat to grab at the store, it can add up quickly—and since Starbucks’ raspberry syrup isn’t always available year-round, you might find yourself craving it when it’s gone.

That’s where this copykat recipe comes in! You can make it at home anytime, for a fraction of the cost, using either store-bought raspberry syrup or my homemade raspberry syrup recipe. I love making this at home because I can customize the sweetness, adjust the color, and enjoy it whenever the mood strikes.
Ingredients
Raspberry Cream Cold Brew
- 1–2 tablespoons store-bought or homemade vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
- 10 ounces unsweetened black cold brew
- Ice cubes
- Raspberry Cream Cold Foam (recipe below)

Raspberry Cream Cold Foam
- 1 tablespoon homemade raspberry syrup (or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1–3 drops red food coloring (optional, for a brighter pink/red hue)

Non-Dairy Raspberry Cream Cold Foam
- 1 tablespoon homemade raspberry syrup (or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons 2% barista style oat milk
- 3 tablespoons vanilla soy milk
- 1–3 drops red food coloring (optional, for a brighter pink/red hue)

Instructions
- Prepare the Cold Brew Base
In a tall glass, combine the vanilla syrup, cold brew, and ice. Stir well and set aside. - Make the Raspberry Cream Cold Foam
In a small cup or frothing pitcher, combine the raspberry syrup, 2% milk, heavy cream, and food coloring (if using). Froth with a handheld milk frother until thick and creamy. - Assemble the Drink
Slowly pour the raspberry cream cold foam over the cold brew. Sip and enjoy that sweet raspberry-meets-coffee magic.
