Create the Ultimate Fall Coffee Bar at Home

Set up a cozy fall themed coffee bar this pumpkin season and invite your friends and family over for delicious and fun at home coffee!

One thing I’ve learned this year is that I love hosting themed parties and get togethers! I did a sushi and ramen party for my husband’s birthday and a dinosaur themed party for my dad on Father’s day and I had so much fun planning and decorating.

This weekend, I invited my family over for a fun fall themed coffee party with a bunch of yummy fall flavored coffees, syrups, and creamers, and we had a great time. If you’re looking for some fall themed coffee bar inspo for your daily morning coffee or for a friend and family gathering, this post is perfect for you!

CUPS

Your guests will need something to drink out of, so I recommend having an iced beverage cup option as well as a hot beverage option. Look for options that have lids and straws for the iced option, and lids and sleeves for the hot options!

CUP SLEEVES

Nothing is worse than a sweaty iced coffee at a party. Offer your guests a fall JavaSok sleeve to put around their iced coffees so they stay colder longer and the cup sweat stays inside the sok! You can even offer your guests a JavaSok to take home as a party favor.

COFFEES

You need coffee for a coffee bar! Think fall flavored Nespresso pods, kcups, coffee grounds or cold brews. The coffee you get will depend on what type of coffee maker you have available.

For Nespresso pods, I recommend the following pods:

  • Pumpkin Spice Cake
  • Starbucks Pumpkin Spice
  • Maple Pecan
  • Roasted Hazelnut
  • Double Espresso Dolce
  • Orafio

Note, all of the pods listed above are compatible with the Nespresso Vertuo Machines.

For cold brew I like:

  • SToK Unsweet Bold Cold Brew
  • SToK Pumpkin Creamed Cold Brew Coffee
  • Good & Gather Pecan Pie Cold Brew
  • Good & Gather Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew

For ground coffee, you could use:

  • Starbucks Fall Blend
  • Good & Gather Pumpkin Spice Light Roast Coffee
  • Good & Gather Hot Buttery Rum Light Roast Coffee
  • Dunkin Butter Pecan Ground Coffee
  • Peet’s Pumpkin Spice Ground Coffee

CREAMERS

Fall time always brings about delicious fall flavored creamers, cold foams, and flavored whipped creams like:

  • My Homemade Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • Chobani Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • nutpods Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Cold Foam Creamer
  • Dunkin Pumpkin Munchkin Creamer
  • Coffee Mate Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Creamer
  • My Homemade Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Creamer
  • Favorite Day Salted Caramel Cold Foam
  • Favorite Day Pecan Pie Whipped Topping
  • Favorite Day Marshmallow Whipped Dairy Topping

PUMPKIN COLD BREW DISPENSER

A super cute and fun DIY project you can do is create a cold brew dispenser using a craft pumpkin. Simply cut a large circle in the top of a craft pumpkin, and then cut a hole towards to bottom center for the spout. Then place a wine cooler replacement bag inside the pumpkin and fill the bag with cold brew or iced coffee!

SYRUPS AND SAUCES

If you prefer to use syrups and sauces in your coffee instead of creamers, these are some of my fall favorite flavors:

Apple & Brown Sugar Flavors

COFFEE BAR EXTRAS

We got all the essentials taken care of: cups, coffee, creamers, and flavorings. Now you can add some extra fall pizzaz to tie the whole coffee bar together. Think greeting cards, tablecloths, candy corn, fake (or real) pumpkins, and napkins.
